The Park Planten un Blomen (Hamburg, Germany)
In the centre of Hamburg on the area of 45 hectares is located a wonderful Park Planten un Blomen. He daily invites visitors to tour its grounds, to get acquainted with the picturesque landscape, enjoy natural relaxation. to listen to the music. And all this absolutely for free.
Began the Park in 1930 as the garden exhibition. Up to that time in the territory from Millerntorplatz to Stephansplatz was the Hamburg zoo, who after their settlement became the basis of the green zone of the city. Subsequently conducted in 1953, 1963 and 1973 International flower exhibition has transformed the Park. However, more active work on the reconstruction of the green areas was carried out in 80-ies of the last century. Amusement parks in the twentieth century has been a favorite place for a nice family vacation. However, as time goes on, in place of these parks came in other bright, technologically advanced, with new idols for children. “The old guard” was simply not able to compete with them. Many buildings were closed and demolished to make way for shopping centers, while others were abandoned because of debts. However, those that were left, that recall the days when there was fun for adults and children.
Ruined and abandoned parks are filled with special energy, they could be a great place for filming some Thriller. Walking on those mysterious places, I want to look into every corner, sit on each attraction, because here was once full whole life.

Park Walibi (WALIBI). Open daily from early April to end of September from 10.00 till 18.00, on Sundays, public holidays and school holidays to 19.00. Entrance 28.5 EUR. Colorado, fabulous cave of Ali Baba, Kangarooland, river Raja as the tornado, Sirocco. Adventure, the thrill, the most unexpected fantasies await you at Walibi!
Aqualibi (AQUALIBI). Open from 14.00 to 21.00, Friday to 23.00, Saturday from 10.00 until 23.00, Sundays from 10.00 to 21.00. Monday and Tuesday are days off. Entrance 13.50 EURO. Just a fabulous pool in the tropical atmosphere: palm trees, exotic plants, bright daylight. The water is 29C all year round! Great place to stay. In addition, a variety of water activities: slides, wave pool, jet stream, trough length of 140 m, etc.
Park Bokrijk (BOKRIJK). The Park is open all year round. The open air Museum is open from early April to late October, daily from 10.00 to 18.00. Entrance 5EUR on Sundays and public holidays 7EUR. Botanical garden, rose garden, groves, lakes and a zoo can all be found in the Park. A unique open air Museum with old mills, small chapels, Krestyanskiye, country Inns and town houses where you can meet representatives of the various crafts engaged in their traditional business – is a perfect illustration of Belgian history.
